Mark W....you still messing with motors.

I'd like to stay with 1 1/8" o.d. x .125 wall which makes the I.D. .875. The best bearing I can find is a needle bearing with a .625 I.D. x .875 o.d. I don't think needle bearings will hold up. I can find stainless roller bearings but they have a 1.38 O.D. At that size I'm looking at 1 1/4" schedule 40 pipe. Steel in that size is 13+ lbs. for a 6ft. length where as aluminum is a hair over 4 lbs. Your photo shows what appears to be a pretty small diameter tube. Just wondering what you used and how's it holding up.
