Hey guys, I was wondering how many of you all own these things and what your opinions are of them. I need a boat that can be towed of put across the gunnels to run aways, then I will be dragging and paddling out to shallow water. I will be shooting from it as well so stability, durability, light weight and being able to hide well are the major factors. I have also considered the Momarsh boats but they are just a tad heavy and a little long for what I really need. I have 2 poke boats and I am not comortable at all shooting from them so I have been down that wet road! We have alot of leveys that keeps big boats out so I need some ideas......Thanks!

I have fiberglass model. My only complaint is the weight at 95#. It is very stable. Loads easy onto a tender boat. Doesn't paddle like a kayak, probably better than a bath tub though. Easy enough to add camo and grass to.

I would recomend it for you situation.

The aqua pod is a very nice boat it has a keel and tracks very well and is stable for shooting in a seating or knelling position , plus it has more room but is not as light as the marsh rat......if you have to paddle far the Pod would be my choice if not the marsh rat and the cost is about 70% of what a pod costs.
