mudders?

anyone have a positive or negative experience with cabelas mudders? sort of like snow shoes for mud i guess, do they really work?

No experience but I've been concerned that if the mud is too soft, I'd sink in and be REALLY stuck!

Used them last season, they really work well, its a little pain to put them on , specially on the wader boots but ones you have em on they do work .
While "mudding" occasionaly you have to tighten the straps, i was left high and dry on a low tide and if not for the mudders i would be hanging there for a while.

They are great of you are in soft goo. They will allow you to walk on top of it. They are made so you can walk easily in them. They fit over your wader boots (built in or otherwise). You will need a stick or boat paddle to steady yourself as you walk along. Buy them.
