11' shellinger ,all glass, 25 hp yamaha, got it set up with running lights,interior lights,bilge pump,lighter socket. built by a local guy very low key operation, he also makes, a 12' high boat, 14' high boat, 12' low boat.
these are when i first got the boat.

well i had me 170 lb and 200 lb buddy 3 guns,2 blind bags 1 pumper,1 spinner, 18 cedar dekes,6 gal gas today . it was a little tight room wise but as far as taking the load NO PROBLEM ! i figure about 500 lbs.

i think he is around 2500 -3000 for the low boat.
 
Man O' Man..............mixing cedar dekes with a 'glass boat........shame on you Chipper! All kidding aside, boat and rig look nice. Tell me about those bags on the flapper boards? Do the decoys stow right on the flaps , if so what a great way to free up space inside. Kind of a modern version of stacking the blocks on the stern decks of the Old BBSB's ................
 
man id love to leave my 15 [4strokehonda 100lbs]on my boat[13ftbarnegat] but jeeze it acts like the shuttle and goes stright up in the air no matter what i do to the angle ,the only way was to put weight in the bow to counter it and my gawd did it fly not right perfect but half the boat was out of the water....i almost was keeping up with a seagull beating the hell out of himself to get away..

Great blocks, did you carve them? Nice boat too. I liek the lines on the Shel boats.

In those seas, and in that boat, I'd still be 'puckered' almost a year later.

Glad you made it home. I never would have gone out.
