Sure looks like a Ralph Thompson boat out of Clinton, IA. He's no longer with us but I'll see if I can find a picture.

This is a photo of a Ralph Thompson sculler. I don't remember where I found it. It may have been on this site. I was fortunate to meet him back in the late 90s.
