Name the boat contest (well sort of, just no prizes)

Quickly reaching the point of paint my boat and need a name for it. Seems like I remember somebody having a naming thread a couple of years ago, but don't remember any of the names.

If you don't remember the specifics of the boat, here they are:
  • 26' long
  • 102" wide (really officer I measured it twiced, I know it looks wide on the road, but trust me)
  • Will be used mainly as a tender for layout hunting but will also hunt out of it and camp in
  • Looks an awful lot like a lake MI perch boat

Really liked the name bill collector, but it's taken. Queen Ann won't work because of confusion if we are ever on the same body of water, LOL.

I going to have agree with ED since you are painting it at this time of the year The name should be "Holley Day"

Dude I agree lets see some pics of the dingey, You really should hire HITCH to design the Galley.
 
I too really like Hitch's galley. I would like/expect to do something similar.

Sorry no pictures of it. Have a few during construction, but they are on my office computer and the camera bit the dust, so until Santa comes I am SOL.

However, anybody that wants to see is more than welcome to come on over. Just be ready to lend a hand.

I have to say, i didn't think picking a name for the boat would be this difficult. I appreciate everyone input, but I haven't yet heard the "right name" yet, something that when it is posted, you just know it's right. The three I have it down to are:

Quacker Whacker III, (from my son)

Love My Tender, (from my wife)

and lastly, the name of the ship my father was on in the Navy, but don't know it yet, ( from me, for all my dad taught me)



Again, I appreciate everyone's input and if you have any more, please post them up.

Oh, and Larry, yes you won, call me next fall. LOL
