I was wondering if anyone would be around march 25. I was thinking about having a little meet and greet. Start around 12. As soon as April hits life gets crazy. Hopefully it is not 20 degs or pouring but we can address that when it comes.

It would be at my place there is plenty of parking.

I would try to snag a kiddie pool for a small decoy contest. Kind of like the low key one at CWA's decoy day.

I'll make some blackfish chowdah and scoter/diver chili.

I'm going to have a bunch of stuff I'm trying to get rid of too so people can check it out.

Probably have a bonfire going too.

A few of my buddies will most likely be around too.

Let me know who is thinking about coming I'll PM my address. I'm in central CT.

Very tempting....but right now Susan and I are scheduled to attend a christening in NJ. I will keep this in mind if the family stuff changes.

I am sure I can make it, but will have to bring something else to eat. We can see if we can get Ted and that crew up for a road trip.

Unfortunately shipping overnight is a little pricey. It would be the most expensive chili or chowder in the world.

Apparently it is still winter here with 3-5" expected today and 7-11" on Tuesday. hopefully the snow is gone and it's all daisies and butterflies by the end of march.
 
Still on for next weekend? Feel free to post on the CWA facebook page if you want. Any sort of carving agenda or just a hang out and eat thing? Can others bring stuff to sell? Lord knows I can bring a pile.

It would be outside so if it gets back to 50-60 then it's on. Looks like a blizzard on Tuesday so I might just postpone it. I'd rather keep it duckboats.net only.

As for dogs, it depends on the dog. If they are an asshole then no but if they are relaxed and easy going then fine with me.

Well it looks like winter is here, so unless it's getting way better I'm thinking we postpone to a later date. I will update the post if spring ever arrives
