Hello,
As the oldest and most "handy" I've been very fortunate to receive several gifts from my fathers before me at their passing/bequest. I've been blessed with the seemingly mundane can's of bolts (which have provided countless solutions). My appreciation had apparently not gone unnoticed, as I sit in possession of knives and pocket watches that far exceed any appraised value strictly on the "coolness" factor. My siblings and cousins are not so inclined.
This enthusiasm appears to have excavated a pool, however, whereby my fathers before me and the family says "Rob can use it/will like it". Some of this is very nice, other is straight to the pitch pile, and some just leaves me wondering...
.... so, I'm wondering, does anyone have interest in old tools. The attached is a Lot i'd happily ship on someone's freight.
OR, does anyone know if there is a place where old tools have value? The solder gun smokes a bit and the palm sander buzz's but doesn't sand. They might be destined for recycle, which I can accept, but am happier if they might be reused/repurposed.
Thank you for any ideas on this regard.
