There were occupied nests on five of the eight or so day markers that I passed.The others had a fiber umbrella devic to keep them from
building.A neighbor told me he has seen the Osprey when they would try to drop a stick onto a pole,which would bounce off,but they
kept at it.the nests aren't disturbed once they are built.We also have a few nesting pair of Bald Eagles,which I haven't seen yet.
