Headed down this weekend for a week of vaca with the family. Plan on checking out the Ches. Bay and some Maritime museums while I'm there. Besides having a few colds ones, some quality time with the family and of course the views on the beach, anything else anyone recommends?

Don't forget this place right off of the boardwalk in VA beach! Very cool and they have carvers in there that are a hoot to talk too. They gave us a free print with a coupon from the local event guide and it is framed above me as I type. I made a donation and bought a few things when I was there. Really nice - lots of prints, history and decoys! The kids loved the place and I did too. What was real cool is I told the old timer that I was from Rochester, NY and worked at Eastman Kodak Co. and he proceeds to point out the picture of George Eastman (founder of Eastman Kodak Co.) hunting in a local marsh. The story was the he purchased some property and a duck club to hunt down in the area. Really cool!

Nick,

Yea, just got back and I'm tired after an 8hr drive. I'll post some pics after the weekend. Have a wedding tomorrow so won't have much pc time. Thanks for the tips.

Ryan
