painted my duck boat with flat house paint looks good I used Sherman Williams lodge brown and golden's greenDSCN0869.jpg
 
You could have painted that boat pink with yellow polka dots and it would still look sweet! It just looks extra sweet with the paint job you did do :)
 
Looks outstanding can't understand why people always use Parkers and it's so expensive. I painted my tin boat six years ago the same shade as Parkers and got it from home Depot. Hasen't chipped or peeled yet.
 
She was so beautiful in just her epoxy coat, besides with all that epoxy flash a few more ducks may have made it down to CT.

You did a great job on her Bill! How does she sail? Does the shallow rudder work well?

well I got a chance to see Bill's boat first hand yesterday and all I have to say is awesome.Bill spent almost 3 hours of his time yesterday, Showing me build and layout pictures,and answering Question and even took the time to set up the sail on it. He also sent me home with build pictures to use for reference at build time. I did learn that I will need to read a few more books on lofting. I would like to send Bill out a big thanks.

Thanks again Bill, oh ya the decoys are really nice too.
