PETA add banned from superbowl

Don't spread this around outside of hunting forums. They bought the ad time, no doubt, counting on teh FCC to shoot down the ad and creating a controversy. Think of all the free advertising they're getting. THey're militant vegan, not dumb.


That being said, I can't wait to get home an take a look. It's firewalled here at work.
 
peta runs on such a small budget I would doubt that it was ever serious about running this ad without the help of free publicity. Most of their claimed members are college students with nothing better to do. What gets me are all the people who claim to be part of it who still eat meat.

Did you here about peta's plan to get Spearfish High School in SD to change it's name to Sea Kitten High School? They didn't seem to understand that the school was named after the town that was named after the indian name for the area.

I watched it the other day posted on another site that was not fire walled since it was embedded from You Tube.

There were several tasty looking dishes on that ad and I don't mean the broccoli or punkins.
Please don't say "you are what you eat" if you get my drift. Peta is such a lame bunch of fags I can't imagine them using pretty women for their ads.
