Playing around with a waterproof camera

I finally went to the digital phase. There are some pictures (reduced in size) of some fun I had playing with a cannon powershot D10. My wife and I decided on this for an aniversary present.

Chance is 13 months old ...

He's grown wings (note the Mute Swans add for more distraction). Chance wants to tear into them but he's been good. Me I like watching them hit the wires-- found two neck bands like that.

And the kids love this camera too!

I hope to remember to take this along in the boat this year. It doesn't float but I'm looking to get a floating strap. I'm learning how to use it but the kids keep showing me how to use it the right way-- know it alls.

The flying dog picture was my oldest boy's work -- I kept missing the shot.

Hope you all have a great season, I'm really getting stoked too.

All right! we can expect a bunch more Long Island shots this year! Thanks for the head's up on the Cannon, I was only aware of the Olympus and Pentex waterproof cameras. My Olypus Stylus 500 is getting long in the tooth and the flash doesn't always work right. It also didn't focus well in Saturdays rain at the CT decoy day.

Chance and the kids look like a handful, they keeping you busy?

Best,
Scott
