pond/coffin box ideas

I'm thinking about a build of a pond box and looking for some ideas. Ideally, I'd like to build something light weight that's as open as possible to serve double duty as a sled. I also happen to own a fatboy with doors and I'm thinking that I could slap the doors on this rather than sew up a canvas. 90% of the time, this will be a sled that's dragged into the marsh so weight and "skid-ability" are important factors. I'm leaning toward a garvey style design basically using a single sheet of 1/4" ply, and wanted to see if anyone had thoughts or recommendations about how best to approach this.

thanks

thanks and these are great boxes (i've built one before and loved it) but thinking on this build that I'd like more access to interior and use the doors that I have instead of sewing a canvas.

One thought that I'm toying with is to follow these plans for the box, but leave it flat and open with cross braces to support the door hardware.

See if you can find the large Otter box, (6 foot), should be clearances now as lots of ice fisherman use them.
Slick, and thick plastic, very light, completely waterproof and you can lay down in it.
Put doors on it if you wish, add a hula skirt perimeter.
I won't build a plywood box ever again.
