Question for Devlin Bluebill owners/builders

Ok gents have a question I need a answer to to help me do some math.

What is the widest bottom measurment on the bluebill built to plans?
 
Talked with Mr. Sam this morning, very nice gent and a great person to talk boats with, he gave me the measurment I was looking for and a bunch of good advice on some other related questions I had for the bluebill.
