WOW!
Been there, many times. (Even though I am from NE Ohio).
Every year, we cannot wait to go to "Central Virginia" to hit the wineries, look for bears, hike and fish in the Mountains.
Devil's Backbone Brewery is an awesome place. Settled at the base of the mountains, it is a unique building built almost entirely from re-claimed materials. Very rustic. Lots of stone and wood.
I can't say as I personally remember having that particular brew, although I am VERY SURE I did if it was available last summer. (I tried all that were available then).
Of interesting note, for anyone interested in heading that way. It is part of the "Nelson 151" Tour. A stretch of Nelson County Highway 151 of about fifteen miles. Along that strip are seven wineries, three breweries, and (unofficially), one Cidery run by a local family, but the cider is brewed by a couple from New Zealand..
