Request for the decoy makers.

PLease post up a picture of your display you use at the shows. I finally got my butt in gear an committed to a table at our little craft fair thing we have here in Nov and was thinking about building some kind of a wall for behind me. What d'ya got? Any construction tips? I have to make a banner or sign or something too. The plan is to sell off a bunch of decoys, fish carvings, knives, and whatever else I find kicking around. I think it will be a one time thing as I'm just not able to produce as many decoys as I used to, but have a lot of old stuff to cull from my own rig.

Thanks,

Mike

You may be over thinking it. Have you seen your decoys? Do you really need more than a table to set them on to sell them? If you want to go crazy, get a table cloth. I don't think you will have any trouble with what ever you do.

Might try and find some old or roughsawn siding boards and make a fake barn wall. Otherwise most popular way I've seen is a piece of camo cloth on the table and some 1x shelves to hold more decoys.

8-12 20y/o females in bikinis would probably help increase customers

On first read I was kinda offended by your suggestion of an 8-12 year old female in a bikini, but now I see that I misread.

Mike does live in the Yukon - a breathing female in a bikini would probably draw in customers (legs shaved or not). :).

Mike,
Rich Chmiel has a great set-up simple and looks great. Send him a PM and he can let you know how he made it.
