I know there may be a few folks here that don't visit DCF so I saw this today and thought I would copy it over here for the people that new Charlie.

I got a call at 6 this morning telling me that the all time good guy and one of my best friends had been killed last night. Charlie was working and as he was walking into the Hospital to make some pick ups he was struck by a car and killed. Most of you knew Charlie so I don't have to tell you what a great guy he was. Bob Bolle gave him the nickname "The Mayor" because of his friendliness to everyone he met. I traveled to many shows with him and for the last 5-6 years we went steelhead fishing together. He enjoyed me catching fish and having a good time more than himself. That was Charlie always looking out for the other person. Every time he visited us he would have candy for my wife and treats for my dogs. I just spoke to him yesterday and we had plans of going to the San Diego show in February.
I am just sick about the loss of Charlie.
