Nice shot rex! I saw the same sunrise but was headed out small game hunting. We got two roosters up and a couple rabbits. I guess it was probably better than sitting in the way background of your shot there and looking at the same ducks you saw. I'd hate to compete with your spread anyway!

I hope the season treats you well. I probably won't be back out there on the river until the very end of the season.

Same thing here but no sunrise ,pitch black at 5-a.m. with thick fog ,even with a spotlight took 15 min .to find the #9 public blind. Set out 50 deeks ,pinnys, teal ,bandits and mallards with 5- canadian floaters.Saw a total of 5 goldeneyes hoarseing around out about 300 yrds out and had only 1 black duck fly by high with his oxegen mask on doing the wing beat song I'm outer here bud.Abot 8:eek: clock saw two small flocks of canadian geese fly over still high just barely in the fog and latter 1-flock of snows .Did not even get to fire shot gave up at 11-a.m.To top it of while picking up the deeks it started to rain making life ,hunting more miserable. On the drive back home saw a farmers field loaded with thousands of snow geese. Also past a private club property with a holding marshy area that was loaded with ducks-teal mallard and weagon and blacks doing there thing, So far the total kill on ducks ,for about 8- days out is, 2-g.w.teal and 2 mallards ,whew it' been lean this recession seems to have included the duck population also, but I'm hope not. This was on Nov -25th
