cool after pictures! The kitchen part is right up there for the favorite for me.

Did you can the stock? I make chicken and turkey stock all the time. But I freeze it. Sure would be more around if I had it canned up.

Do you pressure cook it to finnish or use a double boiler?


I be the sausage was awesome. That electric grinder looks like fun, we are using my grandfathers universal still. Ashley is great on the hand cranked handle.

Stock is pressure canned, you have to pressure can it, can't hot water can it. Makes a very good product out of waste materials.
 
My wife will buy a cooked chicken once in a while to feed for supper. I throw the thing in a pot with a few veggies and the onion. Simmer till done and break down into quart plastic containers and freeze.


I think you may have pushed the search for a bigger pressure cooker to the front.
