They say the best advertising is a satisfied customer. I bought a rifle from the Cabela's Gun Library, a pre-64 Winchester Mod 94, and the whole process was so quick and easy that it almost made my head spin. Plus the rifle arrived only three days after I made the order. It was exactly what they represented it to be and I couldn't be more pleased.

I went out to shoot this afternoon and had a blast (figurative and literal).

So, if you are looking at a gun from Cabela's, I'm here to say I would not hesitate one minute from doing business with them in the future.

Joe, what loads were you shooting? Mine hates 150 gr and loves 170 gr.

Hello Lee,

I had a box of off-the-shelf 170gr Super X powerpoints at 50 yards. That's about as far as I can see a target with open sights. It was not what I would call "nail-driving" accurate, but still fun to shoot. You give me food for thought..Maybe I should try some 150s for comparison, still it was not bench rest shooting either. Gotta get to the range proper and see what works best.
