Between the arm weather, a busy schedule, and having a 2 month old baby I haven't been hunting much. I have been trying to take a lot of pics and learn my new camera, in hope of taking it out hunting if it ever gets cold. Here are a few recent pics.

Great blue

A few differnt species in this one. I'm a little rusty with my shore bird ID but I think there are ruddy turnstones, dunlins, and I'm guessing sanderling for the bigger one. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for looking. Any advice on composure and or exposure would be appreciated. Luke

Nice pics Luke, Love the gaddy shots. I'm thinking the bigger shorebird may be a Black belly plover in his winter dress............but I could be wrong.

I think you are right on with the black belly plover. I was at my Mom's for dinner tonight and got out one of her bird ID books. Definitetly winter plumage plover. I guess sanderlings are much smaller. Thanks for the correction now I will remember that one.

Luke-

There is a sanderling in the picture, its the white bird on the right side behind the Dunlin close to the water.

Neat pictures

Thanks for taking the time to post these, Luke. I like them. My favorite is your sunset. I was thinking how lucky you are to have all those beautiful shore birds.
