Awe!!! So cute. I wish I was good with a camera. One day I'll stop buying boats then maybe I can afford a nice camera but until then I'll just wait for you and the others here to post good pictures!

Totally agree with you, Chris. It is that lucky hunter who takes a pup like this and makes it happen. By that I mean, will devote the time and patience in making the dog a very good retriever.

I appreciated your comments, Fred. Thank you. As for work, there is a ton of it, but when working with something you enjoy so much, then it doesn't seem like work. Bev and I really enjoy our labs.

Ed, how is your pup doing? What is her age now? I understand about priorities. My major hangup happens to involve decoys and not buying them for about three or four years so I can buy a lens for my camera instead. Tough decision especially when it just seems so "normal" to have a dozen decoys arrive just before the new season starts.

Victor, well said. So true! Chili is my ten year old retriever but yet she is still my puppy. Thanks for those comments.

Love the one with the decoy but really like the yum one, the pup looks like he just cant choose. LOL
