The South Shore Waterfowlers Association Duckboat Show is this Sunday, October 24th at Cedar Beach Marina on Ocean Parkway in Babylon, NY (Long Island). More information on the show is at www.sswa.org

I have been working like crazy on my duckboat, a 13ft Marsh Hawk, which I am bringing to show. My father and I will also have a Barnegat type boat for sale, my uncle will have a Manasquan duckboat for sale along with assorted hunting related items.

Who else is going? I would love to meet some fellow duckboats.net members.
Is anyone else bringing boats to show/sell?
Looking forward to meeting and sharing some ideas on duckboats....

hey, are they still putting dekes in the water? Still shooting from a layout postion?
Glad to see they are putting the show on BEFORE the nyc marathon!

I'll be there. I'll be bringing my boat.
Since I'm a "newbie", feel free to stop over and give advise, critiques, pointers, etc.
 
Brent... I have a green GMC pickup, my boat will have hinged grass wings on either side of the cockpit with the registration on the inside of the wings. Definately stop bye and say hello as I am not sure which boat will be yours.

Not this year. Hunting cabin needs a new roof and this is the weekend. I have a Devlin Mallard I wanted to sell at the show this year.....oh well............if anybody is interested, let me know

One is a nice 12' sneakbox with canvas dodger, motor and trailer ready to go.

I will be there. (late though) What time does it end? I saw Charlies boat last year. That is a real nice boat. He also had some nice decoys there. I wonder if the guy with the clam chowder will be there again. My daughter always talks about how good it was.
