I am constantly wondering "what is this world coming to?" Quality and Customer service in this country is going down the tubes in my opinion. It is becoming harder and harder to find good quality products that are made here in our country. Well, today has helped change my attitude a little.

I just got back from Ohio where I met up with Steve Stocker from Stocker Decoy Co. I had ordered seven dozen of his burlap covered EPS foam decoys after last season to replace some of my old Herters birds. To say the least, I am blown away. These decoys exceded my expectations. Steve even suprised me and used glass eyes on all the birds (which is not standard). He even went as far as to order a custom iron and burned (Todd Horner's Rig) on every keel! The burlap job and paint is perfect on every bird also. I should mention that these are painted in oils as well.

I just thought that I would pass this info on, because I have been seeing a bunch of posts of people looking for quality foam decoys.

You would have to call Steve to find that out. I do know that he is totally booked for this coming season.
