I hoped to sneak in a true puddle duck hunt before heading to NC on Sunday, but we're diver hunting tomorrow instead.

Susie is in her bag slot along with her black and white friends and is ready for action. There's a decent chance at a few greenheads coming by to visit tomorrow. If they aren't her species they'll be some sort of green heads.

Eddie...The whistler is in the bag. You'll also see three Yukon Mike Decoys, 2 Bufflehead from John Bourbon, a Jason Russel RH, two blackheads of mine, and a Mike Smyser GE.

One day my whole rig will be as pretty as this bag!! ONE DAY.

oh now you've got me excited. thats a great looking rig you have there. cant wait to hear how the hunt goes and see some pics.

Well it wasn't one of those days you'll find me bragging about.

Susie rode the water well and tried her best to fool the only three mallards that flew by.

Like a Polack I forgot 3 of the blind poles for my boat blind, so we were a little exposed.

The front of the blind covered us well and a few divers got a little too close. We had a cloud of geese working us all day, and two got close enough for shots, but kept going. I hate steel shot, or maybe I should just lead a little more.

The weather wasn't on our side today and the sun was downright brutal. According to the CO that checked us at the ramp, we did pretty good.

Anyway, I guess you could say there's a greenhead in the bag, just not the kind Susie was hoping for.

She's off to NC with me tomorrow and will in Kenmac's hands by Thursday.

Dani....Nice handy work with your signature. Just had to be different!!
