Thanks for taking and posting the pics. It was good to see you at the show. I was starting to wonder if you got banned from here you've been so scarce When things slow down a bit and you get into your season plan on hooking up with me. This year is looking very good for getting away from the office in Dec and Jan.

Funny you should mention the black duck and Travis. That goes back almost 10 years but I thought the exact same thing when I saw that decoy. In this case the pics just don't do it justice. It is one of most creative humorous items I've seen. I'm hoping jwking will do another. I can see that decoy doing the travelling show next season and getting more coverage than Britney Spears.

Mike, thanks for the compliment! I lurk here mostly, but I've always enjoyed your decoys and really enjoy your photos of you and your son. That harlie was a spur of the moment bird that I made just to have a sea duck in the contest. Turns out it was the only sea duck in the fancy gunner contest, so it got a free ride into the best of show tank. That's where it's fortune ended, though!
