Hey guys my father and i are in the process of booking a january hunt for the texas coast with redheads, pintails, and widgeons in mind. Does anyone recommend a guide worth looking in to? we may try and do some redfishing or shoot some quail also. Any ideas or tips? thanks so much!

I hunted with Chris Martin at Bay Flats a few years ago and had a great time. He runs a first class operation for sure. There were lots of redheads, widgeon and pintails around when we went in early January. The hunting was comfortable and the guides were easy going yet professional and hard working. The lodge is impressive and bring and appetite because they feed you well. My 2 cents..
