The Style Book of Serviceable Clothing for Life in the Open

Steve

Thanks. There might be a tie in the other catalogs I just added in the Resources section. I can't remember. But, yes, the brits out-dress (overdress) us in the field.

I thought I found a 1933 Drybak catalog on ebay. But when it arrived it was a shitty reprint. I'd be okay if the reprint was decent quality. But the scans are so bad they pictures look polka-dotted. In this day and age there is no excuse for shotty work like that. Even cheap scanners have high res settings and software with moiré removal. Ebay hacks!

When I was a kid before hunting age, I remember my great uncle showing up at the door in tweed and a bowtie to hunt with my dad. That was upland. Those days were Sundays after church. Saturdays were waterfowl with oiled tan hunting coat, plaid shirt, Northern boot company hip boots and a Jones hat!
