Totally NDR: Skilled Trade Employment in Mobile, AL

Carl - I have been encouraging most of today's youth to go that route opposed to college unless they just really have a desire/passion for something they can get a scholarship for or understand the debt and payoff schedule. There are always openings for machinists in the Huntsville area and the last thing this country needs is another person deciding they want to go to college because it's what everyone else is doing. Can't tell you how many times I've heard, "I'm not sure what I want to do so I'll probably get a business degree".... (insert eyeroll emoticon)

Steering people away from a College Education is a great way to insure job security. If there are no new Engineers in the pipeline then the old Engineers who have grown set in their ways can continue to feel safe

Would you like to super size that ma'am?

Smiley faces in there if you missed them though not completely to the in cheek

I seem to have heard that same line recently from my son. I hope he sticks to his business degree because he is not much of a skilled laborer.
