I can not say I have seen one like that but if you google double roller bow stop there are similar ones designed to be mounted vertical but could be mounted horizontal.
 
Bow stop. That design was used on older jet ski trailers. There are similar new ones for sale but last I checked over $100. About 5 years ago I bought a whole used jet ski trlr. for that amount and used the bow stop for my Blackjack Trailer . Kept trailer and moded it for a deer blind trailer.
 
Thanks I looked them up and most are $100+ I will look at jet ski trailers and see what I come up with
