Trailer Jack Wheel

I currently have a trailer jack with a plastic wheel. The wheel does not work well in the dirt or on stone. Has anyone ever replaced the wheel with a rubber wheel which would be better suited for the different surfaces?

I welded on a pneumatic tire/ caster wheel and it works great. It changes the minimum height you can lower the tongue but changing my drawbar made it work. Also when jacked all the way up it gets a bit wobbly but just be aware of that and all is well. Work out the details and you will really like it.
