This time up for auction is an Illinois River style Blue-winged teal drake by our good friend Pat Gregory. Thanks Pat for your generosity and your help with our efforts here in Florida!
I have a few of Pat's teal in my own rig and they have become a favorite with their folk art appeal and trouble-free construction. They float just right in the shallow water as well as in the chop of Florida's saltwater lagoons.
The Decoy Shed
We'll start with a minimum bid of $50, and minimum raise of $5. The auction for this fine Teal drake will run from now through Sunday, June 16th - 9pm Eastern. UW-F Public Forum members bid by posting a reply here, or if you are a non-member; you can email your bid to hitchco@bellsouth.net You can sign up for a free account to our public forum as well and bid. It's quick and easy!
We'll continue with a last call option wherein if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of prescribed bidding timeframe; bidding will continue and be extended an additional 5 minutes from the time the last bid posts. This will be repeated for any counter bids until a period of 5 minutes passes without a bid. Decoy will ship from UW-F once confirmation of payment is received. You can pay by credit card or by check. Winner will be notified by email on how to pay.
