Vintage Nash Buckingham Hunting Movies

An individual I know has been speaking with the descendants of Dr. Chubby Andrews a long time hunting companion of the late Nash Buckingham. It turns out the family has some home movies of several NB’s later hunts with Chubby and they are curious to know if there would be any interest in the movies if they were converted to DVD. Nash Buckingham & Dr. Chubby Andrews(BTW this picture hangs in my man cave) View attachment NB.jpg You may recall Nash wrote De Shootinest Gentleman, Mr. Buck, wrote for Sports Afield (40's) and referred to his SxS Super Fox as Bo WhoopLet my know your thoughts and I will pass them along. THANKS

That would be terrific Paul. Not sure of the overall market but I would be that they would be a hot item on here.

I would think they would find plenty of interest, at a not to exorbitant cost

taking pre-orders might be a good way to make sure they can cover their costs

I think it would be awesome. I love reading the stories from the old days and would love to see some movie footage from those times too.

Paul,

I would certainly be interested if the price is affordable.

Thanks

I think there would definitely be an interest. As long as there is some good footage all along the way. Not expecting a professionally shot video cause it is home movies, but not expecting lot of uninteresting footage either. Hope they had sound recording throughout. Wish them the best .

Very cool. I have a copy of Dr. Andrews' book, given to me by Blake Wilson. It's a great book. Hitch

Paul,

Count me in on the interested list. I have occasionally been known to get after the tall ones with an Fox HE Super.

I have many of Nash Buckingham's books. Yes, I would DEFINITELY be interested in buying DVD's of some of his hunts.
