what is the classic top coat color for a sneak float?

With all the great help, i have the canvas prepped and primed- so- what is the classic color? the color on the boat was a yellow hue of O.D. and i think it had faded a lot, so any help!! she is swelled to the point that only one small drip. I plan on letting her sit for another day and bail her out and re caulk what needs it and sand bottom and paint- i will post some pictures but no idea how to!!! thanks again!!
 
Kevin, with no location given or where you hunt it is tough to say. I use FME OD and stencil three lighter colors on. If you are looking for old school, I'd go OD...
 
thank you!! i will look at the website. the boat had copper wire on it with salt hay under the wire. i want to paint it then replace the wire and grass.
