Whose planning trips this year?

Hey Eddie,
Find your way over this side of the pond and surely we could get you lined out on a good shoot somewhere, for something.

My antelope trip to Gillette area fell through for Oct. Maybe next year. Will try and make up for it with mule deer and muzzleloader in the Snake river breaks. Deer and ralltelsnakes that is.

Going to get serious this year about getting over to the coast for brant and maybe a Harli.

Kevin your luky being in the states, one day I will make it overthere.

We will be heading out to South Dakota for a combo hunt of ducks and pheasants. We went for pheasants last year and saw tons of ducks, drew a license, new gun, new pup Lots to be excited about and I most certainly am! 3 more weeks!

Staying "close" to home. Hunting here in south east PA and New Jersey coast where the in-laws live. I'd be going to Jersey most of those trips anyway so they're not really "hunting" trips, helps justify the gas $$$! In my mind anyway. I feel fortunate to be able to hunt two very different ecosystems within a few hours drive. Completely different hunting and little cross over in types of birds, the variety keeps it fun.

We're not doing our annual ND trip due to gas prices and scheduling conflicts.

We are doing a "traditional" hunt on Barnegat Bay, NJ. We're meeting Bill Perry with his mellonseed BBSB and hand carved decoys, using our old-style boats, black powder shotguns, canvas clothing, etc.

We're also doing a sea-duck hunt in MA in November. That was kind of a last minute thing.

I am REALLY missing ND though, especially after seeing some of the pictures on here.

Headed to Iowa for the annual trip to chase roosters at the end of October. Might get a duck hunt in while there. On the way back, might stop in Michigan to hunt ducks with some friends.

Have a week in December and am debating, northern New York with a buddy, or south Jersey.

Looking forward to both!
