Winter goose hunting...

We've had plenty of snow and will have a white Christmas. Consequently, the Canada Geese have been pushing through in good numbers. The last couple of weeks we've enjoyed good goose hunting and, good mallard shooting on our creeks. Here are some shots with some waterfowling brothers in our snow camo. Deadliest camo going... The last thing a goose never sees...

Out that day with Kirk Ijams, Doc Ginnetti and Jimmy Crowley. Jim's lab Chesney did an outstanding job retrieving some large geese. God blessed us with great fellowship and an outstanding hunt...

nice gunning Pat. Hunting geese in the snow is really fun, and I always did well. These days I like Jan-Feb snow goose hunting on the tidal marshes, so I haven't hunted Canada's in several years, but your pictures bring back memories of fun times.

What a great hunt. Glad all of you had success and were safe. That sure is allot of white stuff. We went to town yesterday in short sleeves shirts and shorts.

Pat,
that old Cheverolet farm truck sure brings back some memories. Haulin corn back to the barn in the fall.

Great shots of the white goose hunt. Those canadas can see the decoys from a long way out.
