First, I know this is completely NDR but I do have permission to post it.
Mothers day is around the corner and while it may be hard to get excited about it for those who aren't mothers there is a very important detail of it that is often overlooked.
Women have a capacity for memory that rivals elephants and there are three days that while not nearly important to us are of utmost importance to them when it comes to the debit/credit ledger of gift giving.
Her birthday
Her wedding anniversary
Mothers day
Your gift giving skills on these three days will have a direct impact on what you receive on Fathers day, your birthday, Christmas etc not to mention to what degree she will use the guilt chromosome they treasure so dearly on the other 362 days of the year.
For less than the cost of a bunch of flowers that will make her sneeze and die ( the flowers, not her) in a week you can get her a nice set of wooden spoons and utensils that she will use every day and treasure for years to come.
I have a lot of different designs and can put together a set based on what she likes to cook. Prices vary from $7 to $50 each but a nice selection can be had to fit most any budget. Spend $50 and I'll eat the shipping. I'm even offering special prices!
Women appreciate this stuff like we would appreciate a nice decoy, All hand made and made to use, they are used in the kitchens of some of todays most respected carvers, collectors and hunters. A unique gift that she will know you didn't just pick up at the store at the last minute. Order by Tuesday evening and have them for the weekend. PM me and I'll help put together the perfect set for your lovely bride!
They also work great to say thanks to the woman who gave you live or to prove to your mother in law that you actually are good enough for her daughter.
Thanks Chuck for posting the pictures. In the descriptions below I will specify if I have multiples or if they are one of a kinds. The quantities available vary so check first to make sure the one you like is available. I plan to ship out a bunch tomorrow afternoon USPS priority which should get them anywhere by Saturday at the latest. live east of the Mighty Mississippi or near it to the west I can ship as late as Thursday and its likely you'd get them by Saturday but no promises. Also if I happen to be out of something you want, I have some items roughed out and ready to finish and I am going to be in the shop tomorrow and could possibly get something finished up and on its way Thursday. For items listed as maple, it is hard maple and the wood I have been working from is on the dark and mysterious side not the clear bowling lane color. If you're a bit short on $ and need to wait for payday or something, no big deal let me know, I'll get the stuff on the way and we can work it out.
Every thing is guaranteed. If you are not happy with it it will replace it for any reason unless they get put in the dishwasher all bets are off. Hand wash only.
I'll be out in the shop tomorrow and not at the computer much so if you have any questions or last minute orders call me at 269-720-8775 is the best way. If I don't answer I'll call back. Hard to hear the phone ring with everything going sometimes.

Pointed spoons. The first three are lefties, the rest are righties except for number 8 which is not pointed and ambidextrous. These are not deep like a dedicated serving spoon, but are certainly deep enough to work yet shallow enough not to be cumbersome.
