WTB: Merc or Yamaha 15 ss 2 stroke

Looking for a 2 stroke mercury or yamaha 15hp short shaft.
 
New or used? I have a '74 lowhead Evinrude 15hp for sale and know of a dealer that might have a new Yammie.

Hey Dave if your not in a rush about mid summer lease returns come out for about 3/4 the price of new, full refurbished, with the remainder of the factory warranty and it is a 4 stroke merc. They are about 90lbs for a 15hp. If your interested I can give you a couple of sites on line. Thats what I'm waiting for. I bought my 25 merc that way in 01. I had one problem when it came, they paid for the repair no problems. Worth a look. Chris
 
Chris:i'm still looking for a 25Hp short shaft.didn't know about the mid summer buying opportunity you discribed.

BTW:if I buy a 25HP,i have a 15short shaft i would sell.

Thanks for the replies. This motor is actually for my brother inlaw. He's pretty dead set on a 15 merc or yamaha. A 9.9 would be a little less power than ideal.
