NEW Duck Boss 16

After hearing customers feed back over the last two years, they are getting what they have asked for! Everyone requested a DB13 style boat that accommodates 3 people comfortably, more room and low profile. So, we set out to do just that! We took the DB16 and made it low profile! Here are some photos from the build process. I will be adding more photos occasionally.

The green is the tooling gel. Should be able to pull the mold off the plug this week! Praying for no issues.

I made it to the start of the mold then thought to myself… “damn, I wish I would have documented this by video vs photos”

If all goes well we should have a shell by the end of the week. We will then build a new liner mold and be ready for production. Fingers Crossed!

We have had people ask for the coast guard ratings on this model. I haven’t had time to figure it yet but I will post the USCG info of the original DB16 below.
