David Diefenderfer decoy

Picked up a set of 3 black ducks to hunt over.
Carver is David Diefenderfer. Is he on this site?

I imagine you got them from Josh Beebe? They are black cork, but because they were so dry, I sealed them with Spar Varnish, and then restle coating the to fill in some of the larger voids. I got the bodies in a huge lot of decoy stuff in OH some yrs ago. I still have some dozen puddler and a dozen diver bodies to head and rehab..... The heads are some I cast.
