Bob,
I have put out as many as eight long lines....typically 4 on each side of boat or 4 port side 3 starboard side and one right up the middle from the layout. No issues and in my opinion not wide at all. As previously stated, its a personal choice and I don't think the divers really care...
Tom,
Great looking Bull Can. I have had a similar fire...well more fires like that than I care to admit!
Matt,
I really like the green blending on that Wigeon's head.
Awesome work guys!
Just off the painting table and ready to join the decoy bag for this season are some Gadwall I have been working on. The photo of the individual is being donated to the McLean County Sportsman's Association as part of their 2018 fund raising banquet to benefit area children programs.
Thank you Steve, they were a lot of fun to paint. Tried something different, and I think I am going to stick with it. Mixed brush work some air brushing to get the effect I wanted. Hope the bride and groom like them.
Have not posted a workbench project in some time. This pair of mallards are being delivered as wedding presents Sunday so thought I would attempt to post photos. Hope I get it right.
Rick,
I have used "square" loads for several years in CAS. I tried the equal/equal with some non toxic and had no issues. That said, it was only a couple of sample loads and nothing I ever took to the field. There are some real knowledgeable folks on this topic who frequent DB so hopefully...
