1938 Perrine sneakbox

I know I have to many projects but I couldn’t let this one go. It is a 1938 Perrine Sailing Sneakbox the boat is 15ft long and 6ft wide. Should be an easy project except the rotted center board. But I will be removing that and making this into a full Gunning box. Last picture is a 1940s add for Perrine’s 15ft outboard model.

Depending on how I rig it if I do flapper boards it will easily gun two guys. I plan on keeping the cockpit rounded. And removing the center board trunk. And yeah I have too many projects but they all get documented and eventually get finished!
