Paint job

I have 4 or 6 of the old LL Bean coastal cork Mallard decoys that have seen better days. I was wondering if any of the masters of the art of decoy painting in this group would be willing to take on the job of repainting them for me? Either as Mallards or Black ducks. I would gladly pay a fair price for the work, plus the shipping costs.

Thank you,
Fred

There are several guys on here capable of a first rate paint job. You might want to post this on the main forum. Most of the cork and wood guys seem to hang out there.

There is also a great tutorial from Steve Sanford on how to paint old Bean corks including paint numbers for both mallards and Black ducks. I think gadwall as well. Google Steven Jay Sanford decoy painting tutorial or search right here on Duckboats for tutorials

I'd suggest the OP ask Steve Sanford whether he'll take on the repaint.
