Where is our NY DEC & Ducks Unlimited ?????????? Years ago on L.I., NY severe winter the DEC dropped tons of corn to the starving Waterfowl. Only concerned Hunters have taken up the task. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
