    Eric I opened your attachment, wow that's one pricey bench. Hard to say no to that many stones. Mine was about 6% of that. I did acquire a swing seat from a neighbor. Sheldon co used a lot of them.

    Great work by all again this month. Here's what I'm working on. Tried to paint it in one sitting, it didn't work. So I painted the body in one sitting, and then the head. A decoy with a keel I think I could paint it in one sitting. Now to find something to hang it from.

    Decoy ID for the gurus

    I see 2 wood screws in the bottom on the sides possibly used to hold 2 halves together when gluing up the body Is this unique to a certain carver? Also looks like a lot of rasping. May help identify the carver.

    Have the dog heal and stay, walk out 50-100 yards and then throw the bumper(s), then give the retriever command. That's my technique.
