Most of the time I anchor by Placing a 3-4 inch long eye bolt through a mini muffin pan inget. I epoxy the bottom of the lead to keep moisture out of the wood. This particular one was wider and needed a bit more. This method is plan B. Plan B always calls for a little artistci work to be added.

Thought I would share this one. I think Eric has the last feeders that I ever made, which I think was 5-6 years ago. Been wanting to get another one turned out for my own rig. Tupelo painted with Golden Acrylics.

Jet-- Get the one with a riser block so that you can get a 12 inch cut. Made lots of decoys with mine, and never a problem

I used to use them alot. One way to fix it is to buy some felt that has a sticky backing. You can find these in the hardware sections of wal-mart,k-mart,etc. Cut it to size and use it to replace the torn up rubber portion of yours. If it does not want to stay stuck, then I would super glue it...
