Very happy with this Devlin Scaup purchased from Dave Clark last year. It got a good workout crossing the bay at high tide into a 20-25 SW.

I have a Dave Clark built Devlin Scaup- comfortably holds two guys and as much stuff as you want to carry. I have a 25 on it and it screams. I believe Dave is still building them .

Sorry- no pics to speak of. We hunted Pleasant Bay Monday and Tuesday this week. Pretty, bluebird conditions- got sunburned. Monday was spectacular- eiders, brant, blacks, buffies. We used the Devlin as transport and hunted out of layout blinds on the marsh- very effective. Tuesday we had...

One of my original hunting partners from college used to field hunt geese up there in October every year ( late 80s- early 2000s) He said it was great hunting.

The Waterfowl Advisory Committee and the Fish & Wildlife Board with input the department ( i.e. Bill) and the feds. The committee is a citizen board appointed by the Commissioner of Fish & Wildlife.

I think Brant is one of the best table birds there is- you've got to cook it right ( i.e. don't over cook)

They are the real "greenheads". Squaddrons of Jumbo Mergs flying the broad lake.... I am headed to Chatham in two weeks- lots of Jumbos and some red breasted there as well.
