Hey guys my father and i are in the process of booking a january hunt for the texas coast with redheads, pintails, and widgeons in mind. Does anyone recommend a guide worth looking in to? we may try and do some redfishing or shoot some quail also. Any ideas or tips? thanks so much!

Harold Hammond made goose v-boards with about 36" of line to be clipped to the back of a goose decoy. He hunted in water about 30' deep and since it would pull the vboards horizontal instead of vertical they would ride great and wouldn't pull under in heavy tides.

Does anyone have any experience making a mold? i would like to make a layout boat mold out of some blue dock foam i picked up off the side of the road. Not for production purposes but as a hunt club project. My question is, could i fair the blue dock foam to the shape i wanted it, shrink wrap...
