Although I'm not a lawyer, I would argue that while we do have the 1st Amendment, there are restrictions on it. One can't yell, "FIRE!" in a crowded theater for no reason. I personally think that the Snyder's suit side steps the 1st Amendment because of WHAT they sued for.
